We deliver our products directly to your doorstep across India, based on the serviceable PIN codes available through our courier partners. Our delivery network covers metropolitan cities, towns, and villages throughout India.Any update in PIN Codes by our delivery partner may impact deliver estimate time period. In some case where PIN code is not at all serviceable, we would initiate a full refund in case paid Online within 5-7 Working days.
2. Order Processing & Shipping Terms
Processing Time
- Standard Orders: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, whereas cargo shipping product may take 1-2 additional days.
- COD Orders: Cash on Delivery orders may require additional processing time.

Domestic Shipping
- FREE Shipping: Currently, we bear all shipping costs, offering free delivery on all orders throughout India, except on COD orders where a Nominal handling fee would be charged.

International Shipping
- International shipping rates, if applicable, In this case of International orders we request to call us first before placing any such orders. Our Team would assist you.
4. Shipping Methods
Package Types
- Small Box Pack (6 bottles): Standard shipping applies, typically with faster delivery times.More than 4 Box pack in one order cargo shipping be considered instead of standard shipping.
- Big Box (24 bottles): Cargo shipping applies, which may take a couple of extra days compared to standard shipping.
Carrier Selection
- We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe delivery of your products.
- We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your delivery.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been picked up by our courier partner, you may receive a shipping confirmation along with Invoice copy via both email or and WhatsApp number registered to us at time of Registering your account.
- This confirmation includes tracking information and a tracking number.
- You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number through the courier’s website as well as from our website tracking page.
- We are currently developing an OTP-based delivery system for enhanced security.
6. International Orders & Customs
Import Duties & Taxes
- For international orders, import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

7. Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Items
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for that order.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
Undelivered Packages
- If a product is returned to origin due to an incorrect address, PIN code, or incomplete details provided by you at the time of ordering, we will not be responsible.
- In such cases, we can arrange for reshipment, but this will be at your expense.
- We strongly recommend double-checking your delivery information before completing your order.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
- If you miss a delivery attempt, please contact the courier service directly using the tracking information provided.

8. Delivery Confirmations
- Failed/Declined Payments: If your payment gets declined or money is not deducted while ordering, you can retry placing the order.
- Money Deducted But No Confirmation: If money is deducted but you don’t receive an order confirmation along with Invoice

- If the payment has been credited to our account without confirmation, we will contact you via phone and confirm your order through email.
