Order Cancellations
- Cancellation Window: Orders can only be cancelled within 10 hours of placing them, provided the order has not been picked up for delivery.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel your order directly through the website under your order section.
- Post-Pickup Cancellations: If your order has already been picked up for delivery, cancellation is not possible.
- Order Modifications:
- For address changes, please contact us immediately via phone (+917349645149). We will try to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been picked by our logistics partner.
- For quantity updates (such as increasing from 1 box to 2 or more), we recommend placing a separate order.
Returns
- Non-Returnable Product: Our products are non-returnable, which is clearly indicated during the ordering process.
- Damaged or Defective Products: We only accept returns or refund initiations when you receive damaged or defective products inside the box. In such cases:
- Contact us immediately
- Email us at feedback@lemonwale.com with at least 2 images of the damaged product
- If possible, provide a short video clip of the damage
- Verification Process: Our team will verify your claim based on the submitted evidence.
Refunds
- Eligibility: Refunds may only be initiated if:
- You have received a damaged or defective product inside the box, AND
- We are unable to resend the same product as a replacement
- Decision Authority: The final decision on whether to resend the product or process a refund rests solely with Shankar Ganga Soft Drinks Private Limited.
- Refund Processing: If a refund is approved:
- For online payments, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method
- Processing time may take up to 7 business days, depending on your payment provider
- Automatic Refunds: In case payment was deducted but no order confirmation was received, the amount will automatically be credited back to your payment source within 7 days.
Exchanges
Our products are Non-Exchangeable. We do not offer exchanges for any reason, including if you don’t like the taste of a particular flavor.
Payment Issues
- Failed/Declined Payments: If your payment gets declined or money is not deducted while ordering, you can retry placing the order.
- Money Deducted But No Confirmation: If money is deducted but you don’t receive an order confirmation:
- Wait for a few minutes as confirmation may be delayed
- If still not received, email us at connect@lemonwale.com with your payment screenshot
- If the payment has been credited to our account without confirmation, we will contact you via phone and confirm your order through email
