Delivery estimated time would be reflected on check-out before payment . Other unforeseen factor too can delay at times but be rest assured we are here to help you.
For any address changes you need to call us immediately and we would try to help you in doing so unless order has been picked by our logistic partner.For any update in Quantity like from 1 box to 2,3 and so on its advisable to place separate order immediately. Cancellation is only possible within 10 Hrs from ordering and only same has not been picked for delivery. You need to call us or text via whatsapp providing complete order details.If the same has been picked for delivery cancellation cannot be done.
Yes, you can. Tracking ID would be provided via email/Whatsapp once it has been picked for delivery.
In case your order has not been delivered within stipulated time frame and same can’t be tracked as well, call us immediately or WhatsApp on our Customer care number.If due to incorrect address or other details as asked at time of ordering are not filled completely and correctly, Shankar Ganga Soft Drink will not be responsible for it and no refund would entertained. Yes, our payment gateway is safe and secured for hassle-free payment, Safe and Smooth Experience. We accept UPI, debit/credit card and net banking. Therefore we rely only on Razorpay, a trusted payment gateway known worldwide.
Yes! COD order too can be placed but we encourage online payment mode. COD would incur an extra cost, a small nominal cash handling charge would be applied .
Special offer/discount would only be applicable for payment made online while ordering
In this scenario you can re-try placing the order again.
In this scenario wait for some time possibly you may receive the confirmation in next few mins and still you don’t see confirmation. Mail us your detail with payment screen shot at [connect@lemonwale.com].Here money would automatically be credited to your source within 7 days and incase it gets credited to our Account without you getting the confirmation, here we would call you at the given number and confirm you the order via email to your given email ID.
Return & Refund FAQs
I am sure that would never be a case but still if that’s the situation it cannot be returned. It’s NON RETURNABLE which may or may not be visible when placing the order.
Here we are always with you and Trust you. In such case call us immediately and mail us at [feedback@lemonwale.com] with minimum 2 Images of the damage product inside and a small video clip if possible. Post checking we will get it sorted either by redelivering the same product at no EXTRA Cost or Refund. This decision completely on us only
