Order Cancellations
- Cancellation Window: Orders can only be cancelled within 10 hours of placing them, provided the order has not been picked up for delivery.If processed and picked within or before the time frame, same order cannot be cancelled.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel your order only by calling us or texting on our whastapp number provided in contact section with complete detail, including order ID.
- Post-Pickup Cancellations: If your order has already been picked up for delivery, cancellation is not possible.
- Order Modifications:
- For address changes, please contact us immediately via phone (+917349645149). We will try to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been picked by our logistics partner.
- For quantity updates (such as increasing from 1 box to 2 or more), we recommend placing a separate order.
Returns
- Non-Returnable Product: Our products are non-returnable, which may or may not be indicated during the ordering process.
- Damaged or Defective Products: We only accept returns or refund initiations when you receive damaged or defective products inside the box. In such cases:
- Contact us immediately
- Email us atย feedback@lemonwale.comย with at least 2 images of the damaged product
- If possible, provide a short video clip of the damage
- Verification Process: Our team will verify your claim based on the submitted evidence and may reach out to you for any clarification required, if any.
Refunds
- Eligibility: Refunds may only be initiated if:
- You have received a damaged or defective product inside the box, AND
- We are unable to resend the same product as a replacement
- Decision Authority: The final decision on whether to resend the product or process a refund rests solely with Shankar Ganga Soft Drinks Private Limited.
- Refund Processing: If a refund is approved:
- For online payments, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method
- Processing time may take up to 7 business days, depending on your payment provider
5. Automatic Refunds: In case payment was deducted but no order confirmation was received, the amount will automatically be credited back to your payment source within 7 days by your bank.Reach out to your bank if required.Here we have no role as the credit didnโt happened to our account.
Exchanges
Our products are Non-Exchangeable. We do not offer exchanges for any reason, including if you may have notย liked the taste of a particular flavour/s.
Payment Issues
- Failed/Declined Payments: If your payment gets declined or money is not deducted while ordering, you can retry placing the order.
- Money Deducted But No Confirmation: If money is deducted but you donโt receive an order confirmation:
- Wait for a few minutes as confirmation may be delayed
- If still not received, email us atย connect@lemonwale.comย with your payment screenshot.Reach out your bank,ideally it should reflect to your source account within 5-7 working days by your bank.
- If the payment has been credited to our account without confirmation, we will contact you via phone and confirm your order through email.
