Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason at any time. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
Customization
You can customize your order by selecting from our available flavors. A single box pack contains 6 Goli Soda bottles, and you can choose any combination of our available flavors on Shop page. (Classic Lemon Soda, Jeera Chatka, Lychee, and Blueberry) to make up your 6-bottle pack.
Minimum Order
The minimum order quantity is one box pack containing 6 bottles of your choice from the available flavors on our Shop Page.
2. Pricing and Payment
Pricing
All prices for products are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been submitted.
Payment
Payment can be made through various secure payment methods available on our website, including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD orders can be placed, though we encourage online payment methods. COD does incur an extra cost and can be seen on check-out before payment, we reserve the right to revise a nominal cash handling charge in the future. Special offers and discounts are typically applicable only for online payments.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping
We aim to ship orders promptly after payment confirmation. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after order has been placed, although COD orders may take extra time.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the service provided by our carrier partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control.We always thrive to deliver your order at the earliest.
Shipping Methods
- Small Box pack of 6 bottles: Standard Shipping
- Big Box of 24 bottles: Cargo Shipping (may take additional time compared to standard shipping)
Free Shipping
We currently offer free shipping on all domestic orders within India, however for COD orders a Nominal handling charges would be applicable.
4. Returns and Refunds
Returns
Our products are non-returnable. We will only accept return requests in cases where damaged or defective products are received inside the box. This must be reported immediately upon delivery with photographic evidence and video clips showing the damage. We will then decide whether to resend the product at no extra cost or initiate a refund.We do our best packing, damage and spillage may happned beyond our control in transit. For this we are always here for you to help you to our best.
Refunds
Refunds may only be initiated when damaged products are received and we are unable to resend the same product as a replacement.
Exchanges
Our products are non-exchangeable, including cases where you may not like a particular flavour/s.
5. Cancellations
Cancellation Window
Currently Orders can only be cancelled within 10 hours of placing them and provided the order has not been picked up for delivery.In case your order has been picked within or before the said window,same cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation Method
You may cancel your order by calling us or texting us on our whatsapp number provided in the contact section.
Address Changes
For address changes, you must contact us immediately. We will try to accommodate your request Only if the order has not yet been picked by our logistics partner.

Storage Instructions
Goli Soda should always be kept in a cool, dry place and away from heat or direct sunlight. For best taste experience, chill before serving.
Shelf Life
Our products have a shelf life of 6 months from the manufacturing date.
Age Recommendation
While our products are safe for consumption by most people, we do not recommend them for infants or children below 6 years of age.
